NATURE OF WORK:
- Data collection and processing;
- Vilnius real estate (RE) market monitoring and competitor analysis;
- Preparation of pricing for new residential housing projects;
- Preparation of construction budgets;
- Verification of work reports performed by contractors and calculation of work quantities;
- Preparation of management and financial reports, analysis of performance results and their presentation to managers;
- Comparison and analysis of received contract work offers;
- Verification of quantities of materials consumed and preparation of documentation;
- Evaluation of investment proposals and plots;
- Preparation of documents for banks, lawyers and internal processes;
- Other ad hoc tasks and assistance to sales, purchasing and design departments.
EXPECTATIONS FROM A FUTURE EMPLOYEE:
- Good skills in using Microsoft Excel;
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements;
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing;
- Strong desire to learn and improve;
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail;
- Knowledge of English;
- Ability to work both individually and in a team;
- Ability to use Microsoft Power BI;
- Skills in using artificial intelligence tools.
