Main responsibilities:
- Collect, systematize and analyze technological, operational and operational data related to the unit's activities
- Prepare periodic reports on operational, technical maintenance and other performance indicators
- Analyze financial, operational and quantitative data, identify trends and provide insights to management
- Create, administer and improve data reports and visualizations using Power BI
- Work with various data sources: collect, process, analyze, refine and maintain them
- Automate data collection, processing and reporting processes, implement efficiency-enhancing solutions
- Develop and improve planning, operational monitoring and analytics tools
- Participate in activity planning, management accounting and process improvement projects
- Contribute to the implementation, development and maintenance of planning and accounting information systems
- Coordinate the collection of information and ensure its timely submission to stakeholders
- Provide proposals for improving data quality, streamlining processes and improving performance indicators monitoring
- Cooperate with various departments of the organization to ensure high-quality data management and decision-making
What do we expect?
- Higher university education in the field of exact sciences, economics or finance
- Work experience in the field of data analytics
- Excellent analytical thinking, information systematization and generalization skills
- Experience working with business analytics tools (expert knowledge of Power BI)
- Knowledge of operational processes, financial planning, performance indicators and economic analysis
- Experience working with artificial intelligence solutions (advantage)
- Initiative, innovative approach, strong planning and organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively manage priorities
- Excellent skills in working with MS Office programs, especially MS Excel and Power BI
- Fluent Lithuanian and good English
