ANTI-CORRUPTION ENVIRONMENT MANAGEMENT HEAD

We are looking for a professional who would strengthen the corruption-resistant environment of the organization, ensure the effectiveness of corruption prevention measures, and contribute to the creation of a transparent and ethical organizational culture.

We will entrust you with:

• to prepare and improve internal legal acts regulating the field of corruption prevention and other documents necessary for the creation of a corruption-resistant environment,
• to identify, assess and manage corruption risks, plan and implement corruption prevention measures,
• to monitor and control the implementation of corruption prevention measures,
• to advise employees on corruption prevention and conflict of interest management issues,
• to coordinate the process of declaring private interests and assessing the risks of conflicts of interest,
• to administer the internal channel for providing information about violations and investigate received reports,
• to organize training, conduct employee surveys and increase the awareness of the organization's employees in the field of corruption prevention,
• to administer information about corruption prevention on the organization's website and prepare information for internal and external stakeholders,
• to perform the functions of the person responsible for the creation of a corruption-resistant environment and anti-corruption compliance in accordance with ISO 37001 requirements,
• cooperate with state institutions and represent the organization within the scope of its competence.

It would be great if you:

• have a university degree or equivalent,
• have at least 3 years of work experience in the field of corruption prevention,
• are familiar with corruption prevention, conflict of interest management and whistleblower protection principles,
• have experience in preparing internal legal acts and organizational procedures,
• have practical experience in implementing, maintaining or improving an anti-corruption management system in accordance with ISO 37001 requirements,
• are able to conduct risk assessments and propose effective preventive measures,
• have excellent cooperation and communication skills,
• are able to independently plan work and take responsibility for the result,
• are characterized by analytical thinking, initiative and solution orientation,
• meet the requirements for impeccable reputation set out in legal acts,
• are interested in good anti-corruption compliance practices and international standards.

4000-4700 €/mon. gross
A specific salary is offered, taking into account work experience and competence. You will additionally earn a variable part of the annual remuneration, depending on the performance of you and the Company.
