An administrator is needed for the TV tower apartments and conference hall at a height of 170 meters. The apartment administrator will work shifts at night and on weekends, so you can perfectly combine this job with studies or other work.
We will trust you:
- Reservation administration: accepting and coordinating reservations using the apartment reservation system
- Providing courteous guest service from arrival to departure, including delivering breakfast, food or drinks to the room
- Communicating with guests, informing them about services and rules
- Preparing and maintaining the conference room
- Apartment maintenance: taking care of the condition of the apartments, coordinating the work of the managers
What do we expect from you?
- Smiles
- Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English (at least B2 level)
- Successful experience in customer service
- Ability to manage conflicts and solve complex situations
- Ability to effectively use a work computer (MS Office package)
- Cultural and professional communication

- Speaks another foreign language
- Has experience in an accommodation service provider
