Job description:
- Apartment maintenance and administration
- Working with reservation systems (e.g. Booking.com)
- Consulting and servicing customers on accommodation issues
- Payment administration and execution of monetary transactions
- Organizing, controlling and creating work schedules for maids
- Organizing repair work (calling out craftsmen, supervising work)
- Ordering necessary goods and services
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of English (verbal and written) is required
- Ability to learn quickly, responsible attitude to work
- Work experience in customer service
- Good work planning and organizational skills
- Politeness, tact and ability to work with a variety of people, even in stressful situations
