Your responsibilities:

Your responsibilities:
- drawing up schedules for finishing works;
- drawing up a budget for finishing works and presenting it to management;
- searching for and supervising contractors;
- ordering building materials and organizing their delivery to objects;
- constant communication with clients, interior designers and contractors;
- comprehensive supervision of the object from the beginning to full implementation.
👤 Requirements
- construction/engineering education;
- experience in the field of finishing/installation is required;
- ability to organize work and solve daily technical tasks;
- communication skills, result orientation;
- category B driver's license;
- computer literacy (Word, Excel);
- desire to learn and improve;
