You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the reception;
- Coordinating the training of new reception team members, their training and induction;
- Reviewing the daily tasks of the reception staff, discussing them and providing constructive evaluation;
- Analyzing guest feedback and developing a targeted action plan to continuously improve the guest experience;
- Proactive and responsible resolution of emerging situations, maintaining professionalism even in more complex circumstances;
- Creating work schedules and effectively distributing tasks within the team;
- Maintaining cash books and managing deposits, ensuring accuracy and transparency;
We hope you:
- You have a higher education in Business Administration, Hotel Administration, Tourism Development or a similar field;
- You are communicative and responsible - a person you can rely on;
- You are fluent in Lithuanian and English (Russian is an advantage), you are able to confidently communicate with guests from different cultures;
- You are guest-oriented, you are able to create an experience;
- You have management and leadership skills - you are able to mobilize a team, clearly distribute responsibilities and maintain a common direction;
- You have accumulated at least 1 year of experience in the hotel sector or a similar field, allowing you to operate confidently in a dynamic environment;
- You are able to flexibly respond to non-standard situations, take responsibility and quickly find solutions;
- You are skilled in working with a computer (working with the Ericsoft program would be an advantage), ensuring accurate and smooth management of daily processes;
