Nature of work
- Organization, coordination and control of the daily activities of the reception and housekeeping departments, drawing up work schedules and planning the workload according to the hotel's occupancy;
- Supervision of guest service processes - arrival, departure, information, special requests.
- Systematic analysis of guest feedback in order to improve the quality of services
- Regular quality inspection of rooms, common areas and work performed; ensuring quality and service standards;
- Employee selection, introduction of new team members, training, motivation and assessment of work quality;
- Monitoring reservations and hotel occupancy, ensuring smooth operation of PMS and reservation systems;
- Cooperation with the restaurant, SPA, technical facilities, sales and other departments in solving daily operational issues;
- Development, improvement of internal procedures, standards, instructions and control systems and ensuring their compliance;
- Control of work tools, inventory and other material assets of the unit, participation in inventories;
- Monitoring of unit performance indicators, identification of problems and submission of process improvement initiatives;
- Preparation of reports for management;
- Ensuring compliance with labor discipline, employee safety and internal company rules.
Employee requirements
- At least 2 years of work experience in the hotel / accommodation field;
- Team or shift management experience;
- Experience working with PMS and reservation systems (experience working with PROTEL system is an advantage);
- Excellent organizational, planning and team management skills;
- Ability to make independent decisions and promptly resolve non-standard situations;
- Orientation to high service quality and guest experience;
- Good communication, leadership and conflict management skills;
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English, additional foreign languages are an advantage;
- Computer literacy (MS Office, PMS and other internal systems);
- Category B driver's license.
