Accommodation Manager

Organization and control of the daily activities of the accommodation department (reception, room service);
Management of guest service processes (check-in / check-out, information, complaint handling);
Ensuring high standards of service and service quality;
Organization of work of accommodation staff (administrators, maids), drawing up schedules;
Employee selection, introduction, training and work quality assessment;
Supervision of reservations, employment, pricing and sales channels (PMS, Booking, etc.);
Cooperation with other departments (restaurant, SPA, technical facilities, administration);
Ensuring compliance with internal procedures, instructions and work procedures;
Carrying out accounting, inventories and internal control of material assets;
Preparing reports for management, analysis of performance indicators;
Control of compliance with employee labor discipline, safety and internal rules.

At least 2 years of managerial experience in the accommodation/hotel sector;
Excellent organizational, planning and leadership skills;
Ability to make independent decisions and resolve non-standard situations;
Experience working with reservation systems and PMS;
Orientation towards high service quality and guest experience;
Good communication and conflict management skills;
Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English (other languages are an advantage);
Computer literacy (MS Office, internal systems);
Category B driver's license.

From 2000 €/mon. net
Salary is a subject of negotiation, depending on competence, experience and achieved results.
