Nature of work
We are looking for responsible and communicative survey respondents.
Start of work – from 2026. September 21.
Estimated completion of work – by 2026. November 30.

What will need to be done:
- Go to the specified addresses of the residents selected for the study, conduct a survey at the respondent's home;
- Professionally present the study, explain its purpose and conditions of participation;
- Conduct surveys in strict accordance with the provided methodology and questionnaire;
- Correctly and comprehensively record respondents' responses;
- Adhere to the established work deadlines and regularly inform the coordinator about the progress of the work;
- Ensure the confidentiality of respondent data and comply with personal data protection requirements;
- Record survey results honestly – filling out questionnaires without conducting a live interview is strictly prohibited.

What we expect:
- Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian;
- Polite, respectful and patient communication with people of different ages and experiences;
- Responsibility, honesty and attention to detail;
- Ability to ask questions clearly, listen to the respondent and accurately mark their answers on the tablet;
- Independence, punctuality and ability to plan your work;
- Ability to follow instructions and confidentiality requirements;
- Ability to flexibly arrange working hours, if necessary, conduct surveys in the evenings or weekends;
- Basic skills in using a tablet or computer;
- Experience in similar work, customer service, sociological or market research would be an advantage, but most importantly - a responsible attitude and ability to communicate (candidates without experience conducting surveys - we will train them).
