IT Business Analyst

We invite you to join the Application Engineering team, where you will be responsible for analyzing business needs and transforming them into effective IT solutions - from requirements development to implementation quality assurance. In this position, you will contribute to incident and problem resolution and help create secure, reliable solutions for the activities of the Bank of Lithuania.

In this position, you:

• will perform needs and process analysis to understand the organization's business goals and the need for IS solutions in order to ensure targeted solution development and development;
• will prepare and refine IS requirements, create test scenarios and participate in testing;
• will participate in IS implementation and change implementation processes;
• will cooperate with business units, suppliers and other internal IT teams, and consult IS users;
• analyze the operation of the IS, the course and results of incidents and problems, identify areas for improvement and make suggestions for process efficiency or automation;
• prepare and maintain IS documentation (specifications, descriptions, change logs, etc.) to maintain knowledge continuity and transparent process management.

What we expect from you:

• higher education (bachelor's degree);
• at least 2 years of experience in IS analysis, development and support;
• at least 1 year of experience in IS requirements coordination and documentation processes;
• general knowledge of the IS life cycle;
• general knowledge of IS process analysis and requirements management;
• good knowledge of data flows, user scenarios and test scenario development;
• knowledge of the principles of basic applications and database and system integration;
• good skills in IS requirements analysis, documentation and specification preparation;
• good skills in developing test scenarios and evaluating acceptance results;
• skills in working with IT service management systems (JIRA, Confluence);
• good analytical, presentation and public speaking skills;
• ability to express thoughts fluently both orally and in writing in Lithuanian and English;
• responsibility, independence, teamwork skills, result orientation, initiative, desire to improve and interest in innovations in the field.

• competitive salary depending on your competencies and experience. DU range: 2548 - 3500 Eur (gross);
