The Applications Specialist represents the company throughout the entire solution implementation process and their subsequent clinical use; is responsible for equipment configuration, customer training and daily support to ensure a high level of technical service expertise.

- Provide first-level application support to customers on-site, by phone or remotely, acting as an expert in resolving issues. Encourage customers to use the online help system.
- Ensure smooth operation of diagnostic systems through troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Implement proactive monitoring measures to reduce downtime and optimize system performance. Monitor system health, identify potential issues and take corrective actions.
- Collaborate with global support and other teams to resolve technical issues and ensure the integrity of the diagnostic infrastructure.
- Follow established incident registration procedures: manage customer cases, including complaint management in CRM systems according to internal policies.
Training and Education
- Develop and conduct comprehensive training for customers (laboratory specialists, healthcare professionals) covering the use, maintenance and troubleshooting of diagnostic equipment.
- Prepare training materials: user guides, quick reference guides, video tutorials and e-learning modules.
- Assist other teams in organizing internal training and continuously share innovations and knowledge.
- Monitor the most common problems and collect feedback from participants in order to improve the training content.
Collaboration with other teams
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams in the tender process.
- Participate in marketing and sales meetings, follow product news and activity plans.
- Collaborate with the IT team in developing solutions that meet customer needs.
- Provide technical support to international teams and projects.
Customer communication
- Build long-term relationships with customers by demonstrating professionalism, understanding their needs and offering individual solutions.
Time management skills
- Be able to set priorities and plan time effectively.
- Adapt to changes and urgent customer needs.
- Complete tasks in a timely manner, work on multiple tasks without compromising quality.

- Adhere to clearly defined roles and responsibilities in commercial activities.
- Ensure that off-label product promotion is not carried out and that all legal and ethical requirements are met.
- Promote cooperation between commercial, medical and neutral functions.
- Ensure that policies are adhered to and understood within the organization.
- Act as an ambassador for ethical behavior and compliance standards.
Expectations for the candidate:
- University degree (preferably in the natural sciences: chemistry, bioengineering, clinical laboratory)
- Experience in IVD/clinical laboratory, medical technology or working with automated laboratory equipment
- Ability to learn and follow the latest technology trends
- Strong independent work, planning and prioritization skills
- Organization and problem-solving skills
- Friendliness and customer orientation
- Experience in conducting training and presenting
- Openness to innovation and change
- Results and value creation orientation
- Good knowledge of English for professional communication
- Experience working with Windows, Microsoft Office and G Suite
- Ability to travel frequently (about 50-70% of working time) and driver's license
