What will you do with us?
- You will form and develop a culture of occupational safety, health and environmental protection in the organization.
- You will ensure compliance with legal acts, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards and continuous process improvement.
- You will organize occupational risk assessment, accident and incident investigations and implementation of preventive actions.
- You will lead the Environmental Protection and OSH team, plan activities, develop employees and ensure the implementation of goals.
- You will coordinate employee safety training, health checks and consult managers and employees on OSH issues.
- You will participate in internal, customer and third-party audits, initiate actions to improve performance.
What do we expect from you?
- Higher education (engineering education is an advantage).
- Experience in the field of occupational safety, health and environmental protection.
- Good knowledge of OSH and environmental legislation and occupational risk management.
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
- Occupational safety and health and fire safety certificates (an advantage).
- Ability to lead a team, make decisions and initiate changes.
- Good English and MS Office skills.
