Your responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance with environmental requirements in the company, monitoring processes and implementing sustainability initiatives;
- Administration of waste streams in the GPAIS system: providing and adjusting data, communicating with waste managers, reviewing and updating contracts, sorting control and training employees on this topic;
- Maintenance of safety data sheets (SDS) and ensuring the implementation of chemical management requirements;
- Monitoring compliance with environmental legislation throughout the company's activities;
- Conducting internal audits in departments, recording non-conformities and coordinating corrective actions;
- Collection, analysis and reporting of environmental indicator data;
- Monitoring compliance with emission permit requirements and ordering laboratory tests;
- Monitoring waste management, pollution and resource use processes;
- Participation in environmental inspections and external audits.
Requirements
- Higher university education;
- At least 2 years of work experience in the field of Environmental Protection;
- Ability to understand and practically apply the requirements of environmental legislation in the company's activities;
- Working skills in GPAIS and AIVIKS systems;
- Good knowledge of MS Office package;
- Knowledge of English or Russian (would be an advantage);
- Responsibility, diligence and organization;
- Ability to clearly convey information to employees and effectively cooperate with different teams.
