You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance of the activities with environmental and sustainability requirements;
- Carrying out accounting of pollutants, waste and packaging, submitting reports in the unified information system for accounting of products, packaging and waste (GPAIS), the integrated computer system for environmental information management (AIVIKS) and other systems;
- Preparing and administering environmental documentation (pollution and IPPC permits, technical regulations for waste use or disposal, etc.);
- Coordination of the activities of the ISO 14001 management system (non-conformities, document management, internal and external audits);
- Involvement in process automation and optimization projects;
- Representing the company and cooperating with environmental authorities and other interested parties;
- Calculation and assessment of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, emission allowances (ATL) and other sustainability-related indicators.
We hope that by joining us:
- Have a higher education in the fields of environmental protection, environmental engineering;
- Have 2-3 years of work experience in the field of environmental protection;
- Know the legal acts and requirements regulating environmental protection;
- Be able to collect, analyze and evaluate environmental data, perform accounting;
- Be diligent, responsible, have analytical thinking;
- Be able to independently plan and organize work;
- Communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English;
- Have excellent computer skills;
- A driver's license (category B) would be an advantage.
