Our story began when brothers Dovydas and Dominykas Juškiai – the future founders of “Candy POP” – spent their childhood days in the family business. Back then, they had no idea that sticking labels in a warehouse would gradually lead to the ambition of creating their own business.

Today, “Candy POP” has grown to:
- a wholesale business, which includes more than 3,000 points of sale in the Baltic States;
- a retail chain with more than 30 stores in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Poland;
- an international e-commerce platform;
- “Candy POP” business franchises.
Responsibilities of the future quality department intern:
- Familiarize yourself with the main regulations ensuring food safety and quality;
- Prepare labeling information for sweets, beverages and snacks for the LT, LV, EE and PL markets;
- Participate in the development of new products, ensuring packaging labeling in accordance with EU requirements (ingredients, allergens, nutrition declaration, etc.);
- Prepare and update food product specifications;
- Assist the quality manager in carrying out daily product compliance tasks.
We are looking for someone who:
- Interested in the food sector or would like to gain knowledge about food products and their way to stores;
- Motivated and have a responsible approach to the tasks performed;
- Careful and attentive to details;
- Have the opportunity to devote about 20 hours/week to practice (Monday - Friday).

We have a retail network of more than 30 stores, are actively developing e-commerce and wholesale business, and also offer an international Candy POP franchise. Our assortment includes selected sweets, snacks and drinks, most of which come from the USA, Asia and other exotic countries for tasters in the Baltic region.
