Join our Audit Competence Center team in Klaipėda, work with experienced colleagues and contribute to projects with both international companies and local businesses.
During this four-month paid internship, you will gain practical skills in auditing, data analysis and working with AI tools. Upon successful completion of the internship, you may be offered a permanent position as an Audit Assistant.
The internship starts on December 1. The internship will be part-time in December, and full-time from January to April.

During the internship:
- You will help audit teams prepare clear and high-quality documentation.
- You will learn how auditing standards and financial reporting work in practice.
- You will work with data from companies in various sectors - from large international clients to local businesses.
- You will use Excel, business analysis tools and approved AI tools to analyze and structure information and learn to perform tasks effectively.
- You will perform agreed audit procedures and clearly defined tasks under the guidance of experienced colleagues.
- You will learn to use AI responsibly: verify results, protect confidential information and apply professional judgment.
Requirements:
- You are a final year student or recent graduate in accounting, auditing, finance, economics or a related field.
- You have basic accounting knowledge or are motivated to acquire it.
- You can communicate confidently in Lithuanian and English.
- You know how to work with Excel; an interest in AI tools and data analysis would be an advantage, but previous experience with AI is not necessary.
- You enjoy solving problems, asking questions and turning details into clear conclusions.
- You are proactive, reliable and willing to learn.
What we offer:
- Gross monthly salary is 1300 EUR.
