Nature of work
During your internship at UAB "HELLA Lithuania", you will contribute to the employee selection and recruitment processes and the implementation of the HR team's goals:
- You will contribute to the organization of employee selections: you will help with the dissemination of job advertisements in various channels;
- You will help search for candidates in professional networks, databases and other candidate attraction platforms;
- You will contribute to the coordination of the selection process: you will organize job interviews, coordinate meeting times with candidates and hiring managers, and ensure smooth communication;
- You will contribute to the recruitment and adaptation processes of new employees: you will help prepare documents, coordinate the preparation of new employees for the first day of work;
- You will administer information related to selections and HR processes, update data in systems and ensure the orderliness of documentation;
- You will contribute to employer image strengthening initiatives, communication projects and other HR team activities.
Employee requirements
- You are studying or have completed studies in human resources management, psychology, management, business administration or a similar field;
- You are interested in employee selection, talent acquisition and personnel management processes;
- You know how to work with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
- You are fluent in Lithuanian and able to communicate in English both orally and in writing;
- You are sociable, you like to communicate with people and are able to maintain professional communication;
- You are distinguished by organization, diligence, responsibility and the ability to manage several tasks at the same time;
- You are proactive, focused on learning and are able to work both in a team and independently;
- You have the opportunity to do an internship for 6 months, preferably full-time.
