- Fixed-term contract until 2026-08-31
Responsibilities:
- Ensure excellent customer service and the implementation of individual and team goals
- Provide advice and recommendations on daily services and products
- Educate customers and introduce customers to the offered banking solutions
- Be able to coordinate customer flows
- Be able to work both in a team and individually
- Be able to adapt in a dynamic environment
- Process and enter customer applications and requests into the system
We hope that you:
- You are motivated and want to gain customer service or sales experience
- You know how to not only listen, but also hear the customer and colleagues
- You have good computer skills
- You are excellent at expressing your thoughts in Lithuanian both written and oral
