Upholsterer

Currently, NARBUTAS is looking for an Upholsterer whose job is to cover upholstered furniture and its elements with tapestry, leather, cover chair seats and backrests with tapestry, leather, mesh, cover partitions with tapestry.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND GOALS:

• Upholster upholstered furniture and its elements with tapestry, leather.
• Upholster chair seats and backrests with tapestry, leather, mesh.
• Upholster partitions with tapestry.
• Repair or replace upholstered furniture parts.

SUCCESSFUL WORK WILL REQUIREMENT:

• Responsibility, diligence and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with various upholstery materials: leather, tapestry, etc.
• Teamwork skills.
• Ability to work within set deadlines and ensure timely completion of work.

• Similar work experience (advantage).

• Stable working time organization – shift work schedule (Monday–Friday, 6:00–14:30 / 14:30–23:00), weekends off, cumulative working time accounting is applied.

SALARY:

Hourly wage: 9.55 - 12.53 €/hour excluding taxes.

Average monthly wage: 1593 - 2090 €/month excluding taxes, depending on the hours actually worked.

Additionally: the opportunity to earn a bonus for responsible and high-quality work according to the bonus system after the probationary period.

The organization applies cumulative accounting of working hours.

The final salary will depend on the experience and competencies.
