Clothing Production Coordinator

Full-time
Vilnius - PANDO MOTO, UAB

About PANDO MOTO

PANDO MOTO was founded in 2011 on the belief that every rider should return home safely. From a self-funded startup, we have grown into a world-renowned premium motorcycle apparel brand. Today, our products are sold in over 35 countries and we work with over 250 retail partners.

We create high-quality motorcycle apparel that combines engineering, safety and aesthetics: from precision-cut motorcycle jeans to military-grade protective underwear made from fiber fifteen times stronger than steel. In 2025, we sold over 100,000 products and continue to grow every year. PANDO MOTO is one of the fastest growing brands challenging the leaders of the motorcycle industry.

We are a small international team united by a passion for motorcycles, adventure and clothing design. We want motorcyclists to feel protected, confident, and able to be themselves.

About the position

We are looking for a Clothing Production Coordinator to help organize the daily work of the production team and ensure the smooth execution of tasks. In this position, you will oversee product documentation, development flow charts, ERP system data and shared files, and monitor the tasks and deadlines of the production, quality and supply teams.

You will work in our Vilnius office, working closely with the Production Manager and helping to coordinate information exchange with the production center in Sri Lanka. This position will suit someone who likes order, is attentive to details and takes responsibility for practical tasks that help to organize international production smoothly.

Primary responsibilities

  • Maintain documentation for the development of products already in production: technical specifications, work schedules, sample document sets and information required for price negotiations.
  • Prepare information search tasks for the supply manager related to the development of existing products.
  • Perform daily tasks in the ERP system: enter, update and correct data. The creation of new products in the system remains the responsibility of the production manager.
  • Maintain the production department's shared file storage: folder structure, file names and access rights.
  • If necessary, assist the quality team in tracking samples, preparing documents and performing administrative tasks without making independent decisions regarding quality.
  • Perform additional tasks and projects assigned by the production manager.
  • Coordinate daily administrative tasks of the production team in the Vilnius office.
  • Maintain communication between the Vilnius office and the production center in Sri Lanka, follow up on unfinished work and requests for documents.
  • Monitor the progress of production, quality and supply teams and help ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist the production manager in preparing for meetings, recording agreements and preparing reports.
  • Ensure that information in product development documents, ERP system and shared repositories is accurate and up-to-date.

What are we hoping for

  • Experience in production coordination, administration or operations management. Experience in the apparel or manufacturing sector and working with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Good spreadsheet skills and ability to work with product technical documentation, bills of materials (BOM) and product development schedules.
  • Organization, attention to detail and ability to accurately manage information in systems, spreadsheets and shared files.
  • Ability to prioritize, coordinate tasks and deadlines across multiple teams and ensure work is completed.
  • Clear communication and good English language skills required to work and correspond with international suppliers and colleagues in Sri Lanka.
  • Flexibility and ability to collaborate with product development, supply, quality, warehouse and production teams.

We offer

  • Opportunity to contribute to the result – you will help the production team to organize work smoothly, maintain documentation and meet deadlines.
  • International cooperation – you will work with colleagues in Sri Lanka and contribute to the production processes of products sold worldwide.
  • Motorcycle culture in everyday life – support for obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license, access to company motorcycles and an annual budget for Pando Moto products.
  • Health care – private health insurance.
  • Development opportunities – a personal learning budget and space to grow with an international company.
  • Team traditions – monthly Friday lunches, team events, birthday gifts and a pet-friendly office.
  • A supportive work environment based on trust, respect, ambition and a shared passion for motorcycles.
