About the position
We are looking for a Clothing Quality Manager to help ensure that every PANDO MOTO product meets our quality requirements for fit, construction, tailoring and finishing.
You will evaluate samples and production quality, document observations and work directly with suppliers and quality control teams to resolve issues and prevent their recurrence.
Based in our head office in Vilnius, you will work closely with product development and production teams, coordinate external quality inspections and support the Senior Quality Manager in maintaining and improving quality standards.
This position will suit someone who has a good understanding of clothing technology, is able to make informed technical decisions and translate quality assessment results into clear, practical actions.

Primary responsibilities
- Evaluate the quality of garment samples and production: tailoring, fit, construction and product details.
- Participate in acceptance tests, record observations and provide clear technical comments to suppliers.
- Check garment dimensions against approved specifications and identify recurring deviations.
- Approve or reject samples according to established requirements and prepare quality assessment reports.
- Collaborate with manufacturers, coordinate necessary corrections and supervise their implementation.
- Coordinate external quality inspections, evaluate their results and perform warehouse inspections.
- Check product labels, marking, packaging and their compliance with approved specifications.
- Monitor recurring defects, assist in the investigation of customer returns and warranty claims.
- Maintain quality documentation, inspection results and sample approval and rejection history.
- Work with product development, manufacturing teams and senior quality manager to resolve quality issues and improve standards.
- Help improve quality inspection procedures and monitor supplier product quality.
What are we hoping for
- Experience in garment quality control, garment technology, manufacturing, product development or similar apparel field. Experience working with technical or protective clothing would be an advantage.
- Higher education in textile engineering, industrial engineering, quality management or a related field.
- Good knowledge of garment construction, sewing quality, fit, dimensions, fabrics, fittings and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read product technical documentation, bills of materials and components (BOM), dimensional and size grading tables and apply AQL inspection principles.
- Attention to quality non-conformities and the ability to provide clear feedback and specific recommendations to suppliers.
- Good organizational skills and consistency: the ability to simultaneously manage multiple sample evaluations, inspections, supplier communication and deadlines and follow up on improvements until the final resolution of issues.
- Good English language skills to communicate professionally in a work environment, including correspondence with international suppliers.
- Ability to collaborate with production, product development, supplier and quality control teams and a desire to prevent recurring defects.
- Willingness to travel to suppliers and production sites from time to time.
- AQL or Quality Control Auditor certification would be an advantage, but not required.
