Our client is a successful and long-standing company that provides high-level security services to legal entities.

Nature of work

  • Ensuring smooth organization of security personnel work and administration of assigned facilities;
  • Planning of employee work schedules, prompt response to unforeseen situations, in order to ensure continuity of services;
  • Maintaining close contact with clients and facility administrators, resolving daily operational issues and problems, ensuring high service quality;
  • Organizing the activities of newly assigned facilities, team formation;
  • Participating in the selection, introduction and adaptation processes of new security personnel;
  • Collaborating with personnel and accounting teams, ensuring smooth administrative processes;
  • Providing suggestions for improving operational processes to management and ensuring a high standard of work quality.

We hope you:

  • You have at least 2 years of work experience in the field of coordination of activities, facilities or teams (in the security, cleaning, logistics, production, trade or other service sectors);
  • You are able to independently plan work, set priorities and effectively organize your time;
  • You work well with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.);

Personal qualities required for this job:

  • Communicative skills, ability to communicate with different types of people;
  • Responsibility, quick reaction and prompt decision-making;
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, demandingness for the quality of one's own and others' work.
