- ensuring security: constantly maintaining order in the bar area so that every guest and employee feels safe.
- conflict prevention: professional and quick resolution of situations and problems.
- teamwork: close cooperation with the bar administrator and bartenders for a common goal.
Employee requirements
- valid security guard certificate (license).
- excellent communication skills, emotional maturity and ability to react quickly.
- physical fitness and maintaining a presentable appearance.
- ability to work at night: shift time from 20:00 to 04:00.
Similar work experience in nightclubs or bars would be a great advantage.
