  • Organization, coordination and control of daily activities of the security team.
  • Ensuring the quality of security services and monitoring compliance with established standards and procedures.
  • Communication with clients, assessing their needs and promptly resolving any issues that arise.
  • Organization of induction of new employees, employee training.
  • Prompt response to incidents, non-standard situations and operational disruptions.
  • Preparation of reports, administration of documentation and performance of other tasks related to the team's activities.

Employee requirements:

  • Security guard certificate;
  • Impeccable reputation;
  • Ability to resolve conflict situations;
  • Responsibility;
  • Duty.
