About the job
Work 40 hours/week - full-time. Shift work schedule (shifts are distributed depending on visitor flows, additional work, routines and distribution in the team by position), including night shifts.
What tasks await you?
- You will ensure the protection of the IKEA store and its material assets;
- You will maintain public order by resolving conflict situations in the store (video camera monitoring, live store surveillance, etc.);
- You will spread a safety culture and take care of the safety of employees and visitors;
- Analyzing situations and resolving emerging issues;
- Routine maintenance inspections of premises.
We expect from you:
- Professional qualifications of a security guard;
- Responsibility, honesty, and duty;
- Ability to positively resolve conflict situations;
- Lithuanian language is required (knowledge of other languages is an advantage).
