Security Project Manager

🔹 Organize and coordinate the installation, operation and maintenance of video surveillance, access control, entry control, security alarm, fire detection and extinguishing systems.
🔹 Manage safety projects from need identification to successful implementation and transfer to operation.
🔹 Prepare purchase conditions and technical requirements for price surveys of services, equipment and works, evaluate received offers, prepare and sign contracts with approved suppliers.
🔹 Coordinate the work of contractors and service providers, control the execution of contracts, accept completed work and administer settlements.
🔹 Analyze the company's physical and technical security policy, procedures and systems and submit proposals for improving the security level.
🔹 Prepare, update procedures, rules and procedures detailing security assurance.
🔹 Control the implementation of approved security policy measures, perform preventive inspections.
🔹 Consult with the company's departments on technical security issues and initiate the implementation of innovative solutions.

🔹Higher technical or engineering education;
🔹At least 3 years of experience in the field of security organization;
🔹Knowledge of engineering security solutions and equipment;
🔹Ability to analyze information and make proposals;
🔹Good working skills in MS Office;
🔹Driver's license (category B);
🔹Excellent command of Lithuanian, knowledge of English is an advantage;
🔹Impeccable reputation;
🔹Ability to spend time on business trips within the territory of Lithuania.
