Nature of work
- Perform accounting operations using Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) or another accounting program operating in the company.
- Enter received invoices into the accounting system, verify their data.
- Issue sales invoices and ensure their accuracy.
- Consolidate, administer and control sales orders in the accounting system.
- Issue CMR consignment notes and verify related data.
- Perform administration and systematization of accounting and transport documents.
- Independently organize your daily work, ensuring the quality of the tasks performed and attention to detail.
- Cooperate and maintain business relations with customers, suppliers and colleagues regarding orders, invoices and necessary documents.
- Perform other accounting and administration-related tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor.
Employee requirements
- At least higher education (accounting, finance or economics – an advantage).
- Practical work experience with the business management system “Navision” (required).
- Knowledge of primary accounting document management, purchase receipt and sales document processing.
- Knowledge of logistics documents (CMR, waybills) and cargo reservation systems
- Diligence, responsibility, ability to work with large data flows and respond promptly to changes in production or logistics.
- Good computer skills.
- Ability to independently organize one’s work.
- Basics of English – ability to correspond on simple work topics (an advantage).
