Nature of work
About the position
We are looking for someone to take over the administration of scrap metal trade: invoices, settlements, export documentation and container logistics coordination, with additional responsibility for monitoring environmental and fire safety requirements, delegating specific tasks to responsible persons. This is an independent position.
Main functions
Preparation of sales invoices: data collection, weight and price verification, invoice preparation and registration.
Monitoring customer settlements: tracking deadlines, reminders, recording payments.
Management of settlements with suppliers: compliance with payment deadlines, informing about possible delays.
Monitoring the execution of contracts: recording delivered and received quantities in the contract table.
Coordination of sea container orders and BL documents: communication with ship agency company, customs broker, carrier.
Preparation of export document packages by destination country (India, Korea, Pakistan, China, Poland, Lithuania), including radiation and quality approval documents.
Transmission and coordination of weighing acts in the GPAIS system.
Bank transfers related to the direction of metals.

Accuracy and attention to detail. In this work, an error in weight or price directly costs money.
Ability to simultaneously process several contracts at different stages, without mixing them up.
Reliability in meeting deadlines. GPAIS, customs and payment deadlines do not wait.
Readiness to learn new systems (GPAIS, KIPIS and others), even if you have not used them before.
Independence in working, without constant supervision.
Good knowledge of Lithuanian, English, Russian - documents and correspondence are a daily part of the job.
Advantage, but not a prerequisite
Experience in accounting, administration or logistics documentation.
Familiarity with export, customs or sea cargo documentation.
Knowledge of CRM systems
Knowledge and use of artificial intelligence tools
