Nature of work
- Entering primary accounting documents into the accounting program;
- Managing accounts for I.SAF submission,
- Cross-checking data;
- Submitting accounts to SABIS,
- Filling out tables;
- Entering banking transactions into the program;
- Forming and executing payment orders;
- Filling out fuel consumption reports;
- Reconciling debts,
- Controlling merchandise balances;
- Preparing personnel documentation,
- general office maintenance and ensuring order;
- Administration of insured events if necessary;
- Preparing and submitting reports to statistics.
- Performing other tasks related to accounting and company finances, assisting the company's chief accountant.
Employee requirements
- You have an education in accounting, finance, economics.
- You have general accounting knowledge.
- You have analytical thinking, are receptive and hardworking.
- You know how to work responsibly, systematically and collaboratively.
- Work experience: from 1 year.
- Work with the Stekas program (we train)
