Purpose of work
Issuing sales invoices using the “Rivile” program.
Collection, verification and reconciliation of received invoices and other accounting documents.
Reconciliation of costs for each house under construction and ensuring the accuracy of cost price data.
Monitoring customer payments, control of receivables and payables.
Preparation and execution of payments according to the approval procedure established in the company.
Supervision of the validity of vehicle insurance and road taxes.
Replenishment of fuel cards and administration of related documents.
Cooperation with the manager, operations manager and accounting specialists.
Other daily accounting and administrative assistance.
If you have an accounting education and relevant practical experience, we will additionally entrust you with:
Maintaining accounting according to the agreed scope of responsibilities.
Preparation and submission of VAT and other mandatory tax declarations.
Calculation of wages, vacation pay and other employment-related benefits.
Preparation of wage-related declarations and documents.
Year-end closing, preparation and submission of annual financial statements and annual tax returns.

Understand the principles of managing primary accounting documents and allocating costs.
Be diligent, responsible and ensure data accuracy.
Able to independently plan work and meet deadlines.
Know how to work with Excel and other daily office programs.
Can work 0.5 or 0.75 full-time each working day.
