Primary responsibilities
- Maintaining and registering primary accounting documents in the accounting system;
- Accounting for purchase and sales invoices;
- Registering bank transactions and preparing payments;
- Accounting for buyers and suppliers' debts and reconciling balances;
- Administrating drivers' advance payments and business trip documents;
- Accounting for fuel, road taxes and other transport activity expenses;
- Systematizing and archiving accounting documents;
- Assisting the chief accountant in preparing financial statements and performing daily accounting tasks;
- Cooperating with other company departments on accounting issues.
Employee requirements
- Knowledge of accounting basics;
- Higher or higher education in accounting, finance or economics.
- Experience working with accounting programs is an advantage;
- Good computer skills (“MS Excel”, “MS Office”);
- Diligence, responsibility and attention to detail;
- Ability to independently plan work and meet deadlines;
- Organization, initiative and ability to work in a team;
- Want to learn, improve and deepen accounting knowledge;
- Knowledge of English is an advantage;
- Work experience in a transport or logistics company is a great advantage.
