Nature of work
- Checking and processing of food raw material accounting documents (sorting, marking, data entry into the STOREHOUSE V4 accounting program);
- Receipt, disbursement of goods and reconciliation of balances in the STOREHOUSE V4 program;
- Entering, filling in and updating technological cards of dishes and beverages in the STOREHOUSE V4 and R-Keeper programs;
- Entering and administering goods, raw materials and other accounting data in the STOREHOUSE V4 and R-Keeper programs;
- Communication and cooperation with kitchen and bar staff, coordinating the information necessary for technological cards, raw material accounting, product balances and sales data;
- Maintaining statistics of sales acts and checking data;
- Preparing reports and entering data into appropriate accounting systems;
- Conducting inventories, verifying results and entering data into the STOREHOUSE V4 program;
- Entering purchase and sales invoices into the STOREHOUSE V4 program;
- Performing other assigned tasks related to accounting, data entry and work functions.
Employee requirements
- Experience with STOREHOUSE V4 (we would consider it an advantage) and R-Keeper programs
- Experience as an accountant;
- Good computer skills;
- Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Latvia regulating accounting;
- Diligence, responsibility and attention to detail;
- Work experience in the restaurant, catering or public catering sector
