The transport company LOADEX, which is part of the Hermes Asset Management group of companies, is expanding its fleet of trucks and the scope of its activities. It invites an accountant to join the team who is willing to learn and grow to the position of payroll accountant.
We are looking for a diligent, responsible and motivated team member who, with the help of experienced colleagues, would gradually take over the payroll accounting functions.

- Calculation of wages, advances, vacation pay and other employment-related benefits (initially with the help of colleagues);
- Accounting for working time accounting sheets (tables), hours worked, absences and holidays;
- Preparation and submission of notifications and reports to Sodra;
- Monitoring employee vacation balances and other employment-related data;
- Checking, registering and processing primary purchase documents;
- Collaboration with HR and finance teams.
Employee requirements
- Practical experience in the position of an accountant and knowledge of the basics of accounting;
- Motivation to learn and the desire to become a payroll accountant;
- Good computer skills, especially MS Excel;
- Diligence, responsibility, ability to plan work and meet deadlines;
- Advantage - basics of payroll accounting, knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania and experience working with the program "Rivile".
