Your responsibilities:
- Work with primary financial documents: verify and enter into the system in accordance with established requirements.
- Initiate and administer payment orders.
- Administer the aggregation of suppliers' data and their maintenance in the systems.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.
This job requires:
- 1-2 years of similar work experience (preferably in an international company) and good accounting knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- Good knowledge of English (oral and written).
- Good Excel skills and experience with an ERP system (SAP would be an advantage).
- Carefulness, attention to details, agility in working with various data management programs.
- Organization and motivation to cooperate both with colleagues from finance and other departments.
