Nature of work
- administration and control of purchase documents;
- price checking and discrepancy analysis;
- data entry into the accounting systems "Odoo" and "Rivile";
- communication with suppliers regarding incorrectly issued or corrected documents;
- ensuring orderly and accurate accounting in daily activities;
- assistance to the accountant and performance of tasks assigned by the manager.
We hope you:
- have an education in accounting, finance, economics or a similar field;
- are excellent at working with a computer (Excel, Word, Outlook);
- communicate correctly in Lithuanian, both orally and in writing;
- are meticulous, responsible and attentive to details, able to communicate effectively with partners and solve problems;
- have at least B1 level English language skills.
It is a significant advantage if you have experience working with the accounting program "Rivile".
