Main responsibilities:
✧ Registration of bank transactions in the accounting system;
✧ Daily monitoring, analysis and control of customer debts in accordance with the procedures established by the company;
✧ Active communication with customers regarding timely settlements and debt administration;
✧ Identification and escalation of problem debts to responsible persons;
✧ Reconciliation of customer debts and analysis of discrepancies;
✧ Supervision and control of customer card data;
✧ Registration of purchase invoices in the accounting system
✧ Participation in monthly and annual closing processes related to receivables;
✧ Cooperation with auditors during the audit, providing necessary information and documents;
✧ Participation in improving debt administration and accounting processes;
✧ Performance of other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
