Nature of work:
- work with GPAIS - data entry, administration and control;
- registration of primary accounting documents and invoices in the "Rivile" system;
- verification of waste quantities and accounting data;
- administration of waybills, CMR and other accompanying documents;
- management of departmental documents and administrative tasks;
- cooperation with accounting, department head and other departments of the company.
We expect from the candidate:
- previous work experience in the fields of accounting, document administration;
- knowledge of primary accounting principles;
- experience working with the accounting program "Rivile";
- good computer skills;
- knowledge of and experience working with the GPAIS system is an advantage;
- ability to work with a large amount of documents and data and ensure their accuracy;
- diligence, attention to detail and a responsible approach to the tasks performed;
- ability to independently plan and organize one's work and meet set deadlines;
- promptness in solving everyday situations and the ability to notice discrepancies;
- ability to clearly communicate and cooperate with colleagues and other departments of the company;
- willingness to learn, improve and acquire specific knowledge in the areas of waste accounting.
