JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Executing production and warehouse accounting processes in the ERP system.
  • Verifying production orders, inventory and other accounting data.
  • Controlling raw materials, semi-finished products and finished product balances.
  • Adjusting inventory accounting according to approved documents.
  • Participating in periodic and annual inventories.
  • Contributing to the monthly closing process, ensuring accurate production and inventory accounting.
  • Collaborating with production, planning and warehouse teams to resolve accounting discrepancies.

WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BE SUCCESSFUL (-A)

  • Work experience in accounting in a manufacturing company.
  • Knowledge of production and warehouse accounting principles.
  • Understanding of inventory accounting and inventory processes.
  • Work experience with an ERP system.
  • Good working skills with Microsoft Excel.
  • Analytical thinking and ability to work with large amounts of data.
  • Diligence, responsibility and the ability to independently plan your work.

YOU WILL STAND OUT IF YOU HAVE

  • Work experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
