  • Accounting and registration of journey (transportation) documents in the business management system;
  • Sending CMR documents to clients according to the established requirements;
  • Preparing orders for business trips;
  • Keeping business trips and advance payments;
  • Accounting and preparing drivers' journey reports;
  • Cooperation with colleagues on related issues;
  • Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Employee requirements

  • Education in accounting, finance or economics (advantage);
  • Work with Agnum and Transportas programs (advantage);
  • Computer literacy (MS Office);
  • Responsibility, diligence and ability to cooperate.

Salary

1455-1849 €/mon. gross
