What will be your responsibilities?
- Ensure timely and correct registration of business transactions in the accounting system, in accordance with applicable laws and accounting standards;
- Administer purchase invoices, check their compliance with related documents, ensure their timely receipt and registration in the accounting program;
- Manage accounting documentation and ensure its proper archiving;
- Cooperate with other departments, verifying data and adjusting orders;
- Manage accounting for business trips and advance payments.
What do we expect from you?
- Higher or higher education in accounting, finance or a related field;
- Knowledge of legislation and requirements related to invoicing and accounting;
- Ability to work systematically with large amounts of data and documents;
- Good computer skills (MS Office);
- Basic knowledge of English;
- Attention to detail and thoroughness;
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
