Nature of work/main functions:
- Commission reconciliation with insurance companies;
- Accounting for commission income in the policy accounting system and issuing invoices;
- Accounting for customer premiums for insurance policies and ensuring their correct allocation;
- Reconciling insurance premiums, commissions and other accounting data and analyzing discrepancies;
- Preparing reports and payment orders for insurance companies;
- Collaborating with insurance companies and internal teams to resolve accounting and payment issues;
- Participating in the monthly closing and reporting processes;
- Ensuring the accuracy and quality of accounting data;
- Participating in improving and streamlining accounting processes.
Our requirements:
- Higher or vocational education in accounting, finance or economics;
- Good fundamentals of accounting principles;
- Very good MS Excel skills;
- Knowledge of English, allowing you to work with information and communicate on work issues;
- Diligence, attentiveness, responsibility and ability to work with large amounts of data;
- Analytical thinking and the ability to independently identify and resolve discrepancies;
- Ability to plan your work and meet deadlines;
- Ability to work both independently and in a team;
- Experience in accounting or finance is an advantage;
- Experience in insurance is a great advantage.
