Your responsibilities will be:
- Employee timekeeping: entering and controlling data into the accounting system;
- Absenteeism accounting;
- Systematization and preparation of data for payroll calculation, transfer to suppliers;
- Invoicing clients;
- Working with the accounting system, preparing and submitting reports to state institutions;
- Reporting to management and clients.
We hope you:
- Have an accounting, financial or economic education (can be a final year student);
- Have similar work experience (an advantage);
- Speak English at least at B2 level (communication with foreign suppliers via e-mail);
- Have MS Excel skills (formulas, filters, tables, etc.) or are willing to learn them;
- Are receptive to working with various accounting and document management systems;
- Are attentive to details and able to work with large amounts of information;
- Are independent, responsible and meticulous.
