This is a relatively new concept in the Baltic real estate market, so there is no shortage of advanced systems or new ideas.
NORD SPACE is growing, and the team is expanding with it – we are currently looking for an accountant in Vilnius who wants to grow together!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accounting for banking transactions and payment administration.
- Administration of debts of buyers and suppliers, preparation of reconciliation acts.
- Issuing sales invoices and registering purchase documents.
- Administration of rental invoices and communication with customers by e-mail.
- Preparation of primary accounting documents and preparation of various reports.
- Working with the internal, automated company system.
- Cooperation with the finance manager, accountants and IT team in resolving accounting and system operation issues.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- At least 1 year of experience in finance, accounting.
- Accounting knowledge and understanding of accounting processes.
- Knowledge of Polish and English is an advantage.
- Interest in technology and artificial intelligence tools.
- Independence, initiative and desire to find solutions.
- Want to learn, improve and contribute to a growing organization.
