MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accounting for suppliers' invoices and shipping documents;
- Entering purchase VAT invoices into the internal system;
- Issuing invoices to customers;
- Communicating with management, suppliers and customers regarding discrepancies in invoices or documents;
- Other accounting and bookkeeping tasks as needed.
WHAT ARE WE EXPECTING?
- Experience in accounting or bookkeeping;
- Good MS Excel skills;
- Diligence, responsibility and attention to detail;
- Experience in a logistics company is an advantage;
- Experience in working with CMR documents is an advantage.
