We are looking for a strong, reliable and passionate accountant who is not only a document manager, but also a number controller, who thinks analytically, works systematically and strives for constant improvement.
Job description / responsibilities:
- Entering primary accounting documents into the Rivilė accounting system
- Issuing sales invoices
- Creating and administering product cards in the accounting system
- Entering and controlling bank statements
- Reconciling debts
- Assisting in monthly closing processes
- Assisting the chief accountant and team in daily accounting tasks
- Participating in company audit processes, collecting and preparing data
- Contributing to the efficiency and systematization of accounting processes
Employee requirements
Requirements:
- Higher or higher education in accounting
- At least 2 years of work experience in accounting
- Work experience with the accounting program Rivilė is a great advantage
- Experience working with several companies at the same time is an advantage
- Good computer skills
- Solid basic accounting knowledge
- Ability to plan time, set priorities and work independently
- Responsibility, reliability, honesty
- Analytical thinking and a sense of number control
- Diligence, attention to detail
- Systematic approach to work
- Receptive to changes, desire to improve in your field
- Stable, mature approach to work and responsibilities
- Ability to work in a team and contribute to the overall result
