OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:
- You will check the primary accounting documents of the group of companies, create and register them in the document management system and ensure their timely and correct entry into the accounting system.
- You will prepare and check advance accounting, control the timely submission of documents, correct accounting.
- You will reconcile the account register with accounting data and correct discrepancies.
- You will register bank transactions in the accounting system in a timely manner.
- You will prepare and control inventory documentation, check the received data and administer the process.
- You will initiate solutions to improve and streamline accounting processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education in finance, accounting or a related field and practical experience in accounting.
- Ability to independently navigate primary accounting documents and knowledge of accounting basics.
- Diligence, responsibility and a favorite order - it is important that documents are accurate and submitted on time.
- Ability to work with accounting systems (experience with Microsoft Business Central would be an advantage).
- Analytical thinking, ability to notice discrepancies and propose solutions.
- English language proficiency at B2 level (used in written communication, procedures).
