Job Description:
- Administration and reconciliation of primary accounting documents.
- Preparation of invoices, delivery notes and other documents.
- Verification, systematization and archiving of documents.
- Data entry into accounting and business management systems.
- Communication with suppliers, clients and colleagues on administrative issues.
- Assistance to accounting in daily processes.
- Carrying out various administrative tasks.
Employee requirements
- At least 1 year of work experience in the field of administration, accounting or document management.
- Ability to work with a large amount of documents and carefully organize information.
- Good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, e-mail).
- Advantage - work experience with accounting or business management programs.
- Ability to independently plan work and meet deadlines.
- Responsibility, organization and attention to detail.
- Logical thinking and ability to learn quickly.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Lithuanian language, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of Russian would be an advantage.
- Experience in an e-commerce, trade or wholesale company would be an advantage.
The company offers
- Accounting, finance or economics education would be an advantage.
- Ability to understand the movement of primary accounting documents and accounting processes.
- Experience working with invoices, receipt of goods, document control and archiving.
