Work in a stable company.

Bringing documents into the accounting program Directo,
Issuing invoices, orders for customers,
Registration of incoming documents,
Ordering necessary office supplies,
Reception of guests, maintenance of office order.
Administration, routing of e-mail traffic,
Accounting for the movement of goods, accepting orders, registering;
Collection of cargo waybills from carriers, initial processing, input into the iVAZ subsystem.
Support for the manager and colleagues.

Experience with accounting software is a plus.
Diligence, attention to detail, responsibility.
