ACCOUNTANT - DOCUMENT ADMINISTRATOR

Kaunas - UAB „PERSONALO SPRENDIMAI“

BY JOINING THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Primary accounting management (purchase/sales accounts, bank transactions);
  • Control and reconciliation of settlements with customers and suppliers;
  • Administration of financial documents and data entry into systems;
  • Supervision of asset, inventory and cost accounting;
  • Preparation of reports (Intrastat, statistical forms, etc.);
  • Preparation of internal documents and ensuring administrative activities.

WE HOPE YOU:

  • You have accounting and administrative work experience (experience with "Rivile" is an advantage);
  • You have work experience in a construction company;
  • You have a higher or higher education;
  • You have good computer skills (MS Word, Excel);
  • You are able to plan your time accurately;
  • You are characterized by sociability, activity, initiative, independence, organization, diligence and attention to detail.
