Organization of work
- We use a fully automated system DIONE – a unique accounting program adapted only for us;
- We work in small teams – consisting of an accountant, an accountant and a chief accountant;
- Each employee has clearly defined duties and functions;
- We offer continuous opportunities to improve their qualifications and develop;
- All companies are small and very small;
- Accounting is conducted according to one standardized and clearly described process, so there are no unclear situations;
- We ensure smooth cooperation – clients who do not submit documents, do not communicate or do not provide the necessary information are deleted from the system.
Nature of work
- Maintain accounts and reconcile them with bank statements;
- Manage documents such as supplement orders, loan agreements, information required for employment, etc.;
- Identify missing or inaccurate information and promptly coordinate it with clients;
- Regularly check and reconcile debts to ensure accounting accuracy;
- Actively and promptly communicate with clients by phone and e-mail, advise them, remind them of missing documents, coordinate the provision of information and ensure that all processes run smoothly and on time.
Employee requirements
- Experience in the field of accounting (at least 1 year);
- Excellent communication skills, courtesy and patience when communicating with different clients;
- Constructive thinking, responsibility, receptiveness to new information, attention to detail;
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian, both spoken and written;
- Ability to independently solve everyday situations and make decisions within the limits of one's responsibility;
- Possibility to work in the office at Elektrėnų g. 7, Kaunas or Kosmonautų g. 15, Jonava (there is no possibility to work only remotely).
